Processional route for Officer Slot's funeral | News

(WZZM) - The funeral procession for Officer Trevor Slot will wind through Walker, the community that he served.

The funeral is at 1:00pm Friday at Resurrection Life Church in Wyoming, at the corner of 52nd Street and Ivanrest SW.

The procession will leave the church on 52nd Street and head west to Ivanrest.

• Turn north on Ivanrest to 28th Street.
• Turn west on 28th Street to Wilson Avenue.
• Continue north on Wilson Avenue to Lake Michigan Drive (M-45)
• Turn east on Lake Michigan Drive (M-45) to Kinney Ave. NW
• Turn north on Kinney to Leonard Street
• Turn east on Leonard to Remembrance Road NW
• Turn north on Remembrance to Wilson Ave.
• Turn south on Wilson to Leonard
• Turn west on Leonard to 8th Avenue
• Turn south on 8th Avenue to Lake Michigan Drive
• Turn east on Lake Michigan Drive to the entrance of Rosedale Cemetery.

Residents are welcomed to line the route and pay their respects to Officer Slot.
